The best led associations are member led associations. CLTPR works with associations directors and/or boards to create an association culture for membership engagement. It is essential that membership organizations are in tune with their membership to be able to understand their needs, provide member services and create relevant programming.

Membership communication is a fundamental responsibility for any association however communications logistics have become a time-consuming ordeal. CLTPR can help organize, manage, strategize and execute membership communication. We can provide back-of-the-house services or assist with supplemental and compilatory communications.

CLTPR’s bookkeeping services include recording, organizing, and tracking financial transactions to provide the association’s board of directors with accurate and up-to-date financial information. These services may include maintaining accounts, reconciling bank statements, and generating essential financial reports. Outsourcing these services to the CLTPR team can help to streamline financial operations, minimize errors, and allow the director/treasurer to focus on the core activities of running the association.

Almost all associations reference government affairs work in their vision and mission statements. CLTPR can provide the training, resources, and management to help implement and accomplish a government affairs strategy. Whether it's through our Advocacy Framework training class or our behind-the-scenes management, we can assist any association in building a strong government affairs presence.
