The Southeastern Multifamily Advocacy Round Table (SMART) brings together state apartment associations from across the Southeast, along with a select group of industry stakeholders, for an in-depth conversation on government affairs and regulatory issues.

The meeting is designed for association executives, government affairs professionals, legal counsel, lobbying teams, and key industry stakeholders to share legislative priorities, discuss challenges and opportunities, and exchange ideas and strategies that can strengthen advocacy efforts across the region.
